Today, firm principals Richard (Rick) L. Kraft and Dustin K. Hunter are proud of, but humbled by, the successes they have realized.
Experience says it all, that and the judgment of their peers Rick and Dustin bring over 30 and 15 years’ experience, respectively, to client legal matters.
Rick has been recognized as a Family Law Specialist by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization since 1993, and is a past president of the New Mexico State bar. He is also a Member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Rick
served as President New Mexico State Bar from 1998 to
1999, and served as President of the New Mexico Young Lawyers Division from
1986 to 1987, receiving his certification in 1993. He has been a Fellow of the Academy for the past 19
years. Rick
earned the designation as Super Lawyer from 2008 to 2011 and again in 2013.
Dustin is licensed to practice in both New Mexico and Texas, and he is currently a member of the New Mexico Board of Bar Commissioners.He is currently the Vice President of the Chaves
County Bar Association
